Rotary Photo Friday: One Last Look at 2009

Happy New Year!  We hope you enjoyed your New Year holiday and are looking forward to 2010.

It’s not too late to take one last look at 2009, though.  This week, we invite you take a look at some of the most important images from Rotary International in 2009.  From photos from the RI Convention in Korea to country star Dolly Parton promoting a reading program in partnership with Rotary, these photos offer a look at some of the great work Rotary has done on behalf of its communities and the world.  In the photo above from February 2009, the Sydney Opera House in Australia is illuminated with Rotary’s End Polio Now logo, helping to promote Rotary’s efforts to eradicate polio worldwide.
