Community Event: Eugene Fire and EMS Safety Fest

Saturday, June 21 at Alton Baker Park 10 am – 4 pm (free).

Don’t miss this year’s Family Fun & Safety Fest at Alton Baker Park, sponsored by the Eugene Fire & EMS Department’s Water Rescue Team.

Thousands attend each year, and this year’s Safety Fest is shaping up to be the biggest and best ever.  As in years past, there will be life jacket and bike helmet giveaways, special safety-related activities and demonstrations, and a wealth of information for the whole family from local emergency response agencies and commercial safety businesses.

Come for the food, come for the prizes, come for a good time, and leave with safety in mind.  This year’s sponsors include KVAL-TV, Bi-Mart, State Farm Insurance, and Willamalane Park & Recreation District.  See you there!
