We’re Ahead of the Curve: Technology in this month’s Rotarian

This month’s Rotarian magazine talks about all the exciting things that club’s are doing with technology. To provide a refresher, here are the exciting things that Rotary Club or Eugene Airport is doing:

• This blog! We’re still trying to figure out the best use, but hoping that when people start visiting (and reading! and commenting!) that this blog can be a central place to share information about upcoming programs and events as well as discuss why we are involved with Rotary.
• Members only site. Our members only site provides profiles of each Rotarian, complete with a photo and bio information.
• Our Flickr site. Flickr is the world’s most popular photo sharing site and, thanks to Jeff Apland, you can take a look at photos from all our events.
• Our Web site. Kept up to date, and sporting a terrific calendar function, our Web site is a showcase for our club.
